These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by Reviewfy Australia Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By signing up, creating an account, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
1. Who We Work With
Our services are available only to registered businesses in Australia. By using our services, you confirm that:
You are operating a legally registered business entity; and
You have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of that business.
2. Our Services
Reviewfy provides fully managed reputation management services, including but not limited to:
• Automated review request management.
• Customer feedback collection.
• Performance reporting via a mobile dashboard.
We currently offer three subscription plans:
Starter – $149/month
Growth – $299/month
Pro – $449/month
Each plan includes a 14-day free trial. After the trial period, the selected plan is automatically billed monthly unless cancelled before the renewal date.
3. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you are responsible for:
Ensuring your customers have provided valid consent to be contacted (e.g., by email or SMS).
Uploading accurate, lawful, and up-to-date customer data.
Using our services in a lawful, ethical, and responsible manner.
By providing customer contact information, you represent and warrant that you have obtained consent in accordance with all applicable laws, including the Spam Act 2003 (Cth).
4. Data & Privacy
We collect and process personal information from your customers on your behalf to deliver our services.
Data is stored securely in client sub-accounts within the Reviewfy system.
You may access your performance data 24/7 via the dashboard.
All personal information is managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Australian privacy laws.
5. Acceptable Use
Clients must not:
Use our services for unlawful, misleading, or abusive purposes.
Upload, transmit, or distribute harmful, offensive, or misleading content.
Attempt to disrupt, bypass, or compromise the security or functionality of our platform.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or misuse our services.
6. Intellectual Property
All platform content, software, branding, and intellectual property are owned exclusively by Reviewfy Australia Pty Ltd.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the platform for your own business purposes.
You may not use our name, logo, or marketing materials without our prior written consent.
White-labelling, sublicensing, or rebranding of our platform is strictly prohibited.
7. Subscriptions, Cancellations & Refunds
Subscriptions are billed monthly via our secure payment provider (Stripe).
You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing date.
If cancellation occurs after a charge, no refunds or credits will be issued for that billing period.
Services remain active until the end of the paid month.
8. Account Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if:
Payments are overdue;
You breach these Terms; or
You use the services unlawfully or inappropriately.
Following termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our data retention and deletion practices.
9. Liability Disclaimer
While we aim to improve your online reputation, we do not guarantee specific results. We are not responsible for:
Customer behaviour or third-party review content;
The policies or actions of external platforms (e.g., Google, Meta, TripAdvisor);
Your compliance with applicable privacy, spam, or consent laws.
Our services are provided “as is”, and you agree to use them at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding any claim.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Where relevant, disputes will be resolved under the laws of the state or territory in which you are located.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When updates are made, the “Effective Date” above will be revised. Continued use of our services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
